The recently founded Institute for a Better Demographic Future (idf) in Oberursel, Germany is currently looking for:
Interns
We are interested in motivated students from all fields related to demography. The idf conducts research and scientific publication as well as increasing the public's interest in demographic issues. The institute is run by a team of young scholars looking forward to working with motivated colleagues who are willing to fulfil a demanding and diversified schedule for a period of 6 weeks up to 6 months.
Part of your duties will be attending to the organization of the Demography Prize for Young Scientists, working on our magazines, books and position papers, organizing conventions or seminars and fundraising.
We expect you to be motivated and prepared to work in a team. Furthermore, a good command of English and MS-Office is needed. We emphatically welcome international students with a good command of German. Unfortunately, we cannot offer payment, but we do supply free accommodation during the internship.
